Thai spices marinated salmon – an indicator of the readiness of the fish is the change in its color, as well as the fact that it slightly disintegrates.   • Fillet salmon with skin – 4 PC. approximately 150 g
  • Lime juice – 1 Art. the spoon
  • Vegetable oil – 2 Art. spoons
  • Lemon

For garnish:

  • Rice
  • Vegetables (tomatoes ‚pepper)
  • Greens

Mix gingercorianderchili powder, juice lime and sesame oil (2).

Put the fish in a non-metal dish ‚previously dipping it in the marinade (3).

Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes (4).

Heat a heavy-bottomed pan, grease it with oil. Put salmon skin down and fry for four to five minutes until crisp (5).

An indicator of the fish’s readiness is a change in its color ‚as well as the fact that it slightly breaks up when a fork is stuck. If you want more spices, add rosemary, Safran and basil.

Boil rice, finely chop and fry vegetables.

Serve with rice and vegetables.; decorate the dish with herbs.
